What's the Easytrybike warranty policy?

Easytrybike is the best choice for anyone looking for a new bike. At easytrybike, reliability, affordability, quality and customer happiness are our top priorities. Our products come with a standard 12-month warranty period and offer our new bike customers free warranty services within the first 12 months of ownership.

This bicycle is backed by a half-year factory warranty on frame and the same time, the manufacturer's warranty on parts.
Warranty is valid only for bicycle that has been properly and well-maintained under the following conditions:
1. Warranty Prerequisites:

  • All damaged or fractured or broken frame/fork/components caused by manufacturing or assembling error in the factory.
  • Nonfunctioning mechanism caused by manufacturing error in factory.
  • Damaged or lost bicycles and accessories during courier delivery.

2. Warranty is NOT valid for:

  • All problems caused by incorrect assembly not referred to the installation video
  • Incorrect assembly, i.e., pedals installed in the wrong crank arm
  • Expected degradation caused by frequent use, such as degrading brake shoe, deflated tire, etc
  • Defects of the surface are caused by artificial means, such as stains, marring, defacing, etc.
  • Damaged caused by misuse or accident
  • Other damages which are not caused by factory error
  • Bicycle which has been sold to another party
  • Bicycle used in commercial, such as rented

For any damages the brand guarantees as to the first condition above, the brand will repair or replace damaged frame l fork/component with one of the same brand or similar.
Warranty is valid for all Easytry or REXi bicycles to the original owner only by showing the purchase invoice or warranty card.

What does the warranty include?

  • For our bike, we offer a 1-year warranty on any manufacturing issues/faults. One year warranty for the whole bike, six months on wearable parts. (Please check the warranty schedule parts list for details)
  • For damaged or missing bicycle accessories, please contact us and provide your order number and name. We will provide you with free replacement.

What do I do if I need to make a warranty claim?
If you purchased an Easytrybike product from a retail store, please return the faulty product directly to the store you bought along with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or bank statement). We want to help resolve it. In the first instance, please contact the store where you purchased the product. All the stores' contact information can be found on our contact us page.
