There is no limit to the number of people who can use our mountain bikes. We recommend choosing the right bike according to your height. 26in: 160-175cm, 27.5in: 175-190cm, 29in: 190-210cm
Regarding the weight capacity of easytry mountain bike, we suggest the range is within 120kg.
Regarding the R1 and R2 mountain bikes, the R2 is different from the R1 except for the color. We also upgraded some of its configurations, such as derailleur and cassette upgraded to Shimano brand configuration, lines built into the fork frame, and other cosmetic changes.
As of right now, we do not provide display and assembly services at our warehouse. All of our mountain bikes are 85% assembled, and we have tools and video tutorials available to complete the final simple installation, so keep us posted if you have any questions!
Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. When you place an order, we process the order information within 24 hours. The bike will then be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days or 5-15 days for remote cities.
Sure, you can choose pick-up at checkout, and upon placing the order, we will email you a pick-up file with the pick-up code and address information.
Please do not attempt to assemble your bike on your own after receiving it. Scan the QR code in the included instructions to get the installation video. We can not be held liable for any damage caused by failure to follow the tutorial instructions for installation and disassembly.

All bikes do not include shipping costs as they are large shipments. Shipping costs vary by region, and we recommend that you fill in your address in the shopping cart entry screen for standard shipping costs. Standard shipping does not apply to remote shipping (sparsely populated or inaccessible cities). Feel free to contact us if you want to check if shipping is still discounted.
Items intended for return or exchange must meet the follow criteria: 1. Items must not be used / worn 2. Items must not be damaged 3. Items must be in original packaging 4. Items must have tags attached where applicable 5. Items must be in a saleable condition

During sale periods, there can sometimes be shipping delays up to 48 hours; we are working on shipping your order as soon as possible at this time. Some oversized items such as complete bicycles and bike racks may take 1-2 days to ship.
You are welcome to send an item back for a return. Please click the Return Policy. Please print the return form and send it back with the item. To ensure the return is processed, please ensure the item is returned in new condition with all packaging and tags attached. Easytry does not offer exchanges; if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order and send the original product back with the return form for a refund.
