Shipping and Taxes
Our bicycles are tax-included, and no additional taxes will be charged. Shipping fees are determined based on the delivery distance within Australia. 

We offer Express delivery to most locations across Australia using Australia Post eParcel Express. The shipping charges are based on your ordering and your destination, so get a quote to add all your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Enter your zip code and state to get an exact shipping quote, or contact our customer service for the exact shipping price. If you are close to our warehouse, we also support self-pick-up. Place your order online and we will send you a pick-up document, which can be picked up at the warehouse during the specified working day without postage.

Note: Offline pick-up from the warehouse requires your email details. Once we have received your order information, we will send you a pick-up document, which you can use to pick up your purchases.

Dispatch & Shipping Times
When will my order be shipped?
Express delivery orders and most regular delivery orders placed before 11 am (Melbourne time - AEST/AEDT) on a business day are usually shipped from our Melbourne warehouse the same day. During busy periods there may be slight delays to the dispatch of some orders. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Do you ship on public holidays?
No, as our shipping providers do not work on public holidays. This means we do not ship parcels on National or VIC public holidays.

How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery times depend on where the customer lives and the shipping method they choose, so transit times differ based on the customer's location and product type. Orders are processed within 1-3 days and then dispatched from Melbourne, usually arriving within 3-5 days, with remote cities arriving within 5-15 days. If after the estimated time it has not arrived, or you are concerned about its progress, we suggest that you contact the freight provider first. They are best placed to track your parcel down and get it to you as soon as possible. However, if you don't have any luck with them, you can contact us, and we'll try and get it sorted out. Delivery time may be delayed due to regional distances and may take longer, subject to logistics information after delivery.

How do I check the status of my order and track?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@easytrybike.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
